Simple application

The principle is simple yet effective: you stand on a vibration platform oscillating at a frequency of at least 25 Hertz and with variable, adjustable amplitude. The vibrations are transferred to your body, causing the muscles to contract in a way similar to muscle conditioning exercises.

Preventive Effect

At this kind of muscle training you consider the team work between muscle power, bones, body stretch, stress and performance in sport and every day life. Because of this special type of vibration, you achieve a better tension of ligaments, tendons and even muscles. At the same time you achieve a better blood circulation, better reaction capacity and because of this an increased performance, which is important not only for athletes, but also in every day life, particulary for older persons.

With ProVib you train the power of the muscles and the balance. The muscle reflex achieved, is transported to the deeper muscles. The back muscles are therefore continously strengthened through tension and relaxing. When muscles are activated, you get an increase of the bone growth and through an increase of the blood circulation the whole circulatory system is positively influenced.

Therapeutic Effect

After sport injuries vibration training decreases the time for the healing process. Muscle tractions, rupture of ligament or injuries of the musculoskeletal system are beeing treated fast and effective with vibration training.
